Royalppv IPTV (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of all content owners, and we expect our users to do the same. We do not host or store any video, channels, or media content on our servers. All streams are provided by third-party sources publicly available on the internet.In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512, we respond to properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement.

Submit a DMCA Notice

If you believe your content or channel was disabled or removed in error, you may submit a Counter-Notice with:

1- Your physical or electronic signature.
2- Identification of the material removed or disabled, and its previous location.
3-A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4- Your name, address, phone, and email, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which Flixtele may be found).

Third-Party Responsibility

Flixtele IPTV does not upload, host, or store any content. We are a service provider that integrates publicly available streams from third-party servers. All rights remain with the original content owners.If you are a copyright owner, please direct claims specifically to the source hosting the stream. Nevertheless, we will act in good faith to investigate and, where required, restrict access.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Where necessary and at our discretion, we may suspend or terminate users found to be repeat infringers.

Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly submits false infringement notices or counter-notices may be liable for damages, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
